The House system is a strong characteristic of Christ College and schools like it in the UK, and it is a fundamental aspect of King Henry VIII College life, too.
From Year 7 upward, students are assigned to one of the senior Houses in whose name the boarding houses are configured. Students remain in the same House for their time and King Henry VIII College: day students and boarders join for the House Competitions – sure to be a central and memorable feature of the School, just as in Christ College.
